1. Material classification
Steel bridge: galvanized steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminium alloy and so on.
Galvanised bridge (corrosion resistance, commonly used).
Stainless steel bridge (corrosion-resistant, suitable for chemical and marine environments).
Aluminium alloy bridge (lightweight, corrosion resistance, no electromagnetic interference).
Fiberglass reinforced plastic bridge: corrosion-resistant, insulation, suitable for chemical industry, outdoor humid environment.
Plastic bridge: made of PVC or PE, corrosion-resistant, but lower load-bearing.
2. Structure type
Trough type bridge: fully closed structure, dustproof, anti-interference, suitable for laying sensitive cables (such as communication, computer cables).
Tray type bridge: the bottom of the open hole, good heat dissipation, commonly used in power cable laying.
Ladder type bridge: cross-file structure, breathable, suitable for large diameter cables.
Grid-type bridge: open grid design, lightweight, good heat dissipation, suitable for data centres.
3. Common dimensions (width×height, unit: mm)
Width: 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, etc.
Height: 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, etc.
Length: usually 2m or 6m/root (customised length is negotiable).
Example:
100×50mm (width×height)
300×100mm
600×200mm
4. Thickness standard (steel plate)
Ordinary bridge: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm (the greater the thickness, the stronger the load bearing).
Aluminium alloy/stainless steel: 1.2mm~3.0mm (choose according to load demand).
5. Protection level
IP30: Normal indoor environment.
IP54: Dust-proof, splash-proof (humid environment).
IP65: Dustproof, waterproof spray (outdoor or industrial environment).
6. Load Rating
Light: For scenarios with fewer cables and no heavy loads (e.g. communication cables).
Medium: common power cable laying.
Heavy duty: large diameter cables or dense laying (e.g. substations, industrial plants).
7. Other parameters
Surface treatment: galvanised, sprayed (different colours), anodised (aluminium alloy).
Fire rating: ordinary type, flame retardant type (need to comply with GB/T 19215 standard).
