Bridges are a kind of bracket system used to support and protect cables, wires, pipelines and other facilities, which are widely used in the fields of construction, electric power, communication, transportation and so on. It is usually made of metal or non-metallic materials, with a solid structure, easy installation, simple maintenance and other characteristics.

Main types of bridge

Ladder type bridge:

The structure is similar to a ladder, consisting of sides and transom.

Good ventilation, suitable for laying large-diameter cables.

Tray type bridge:

The bottom of the closed or semi-closed tray structure.

Suitable for laying a larger number of cables, better protection.

Trough type bridge:

Fully closed structure, dustproof, anti-interference ability.

Suitable for environments with high protection requirements, such as data centres.

Grid-type bridge:

Composed of metal grids, light weight and good ventilation.

Suitable for applications requiring high flexibility and heat dissipation.

Materials of bridge:

Steel bridge:

High strength, high load carrying capacity, commonly used in industrial and power fields.

Requires anti-corrosion treatment, such as galvanised or sprayed.

Aluminium alloy bridge:

light weight, corrosion resistance, suitable for wet or corrosive environment.

Stainless steel bridge:

Strong corrosion resistance, suitable for high-demanding environment, such as the chemical industry.

FRP bridge:

Good insulation, corrosion resistance, light weight, suitable for strong corrosive environment.
